The political landscape of our dear country Nigeria is everyday showing itself more like a movie or theatre set.
Our leaders carry on the governing of this nation like actors reading a script,some are in pantomime routine,some are just puppets being strung around by puppeteers while are some have morphed into sinister role reserved for thrillers and horror. they surround themselves with goons and thugs like the big-bad bosses of action movies.
Nigerians have been turned to hapless on-lookers and spectators with no other important role than to pay their tickets and watch.
We pander,banter, knock heads together, form insurgent groups sponsored by the powers that be in d land and slaughter thousands of our brothers and sisters. We make prejudiced statements based on religious,ethnic,social and economic bias. Yet we ridiculously assume that carrying on like this as a nation will bring us to our "Canaan" where all will be UHURU and UTOPIA.
Look make i tell una the hard truth,we are as bad as our leaders. If we dont effect change within ourselves we may never see those changes happening at the top.
Lets wait and see which episode the Nigerian political lanscape will show for us again. Na season film we dey watch ooo, the current episode na "JEGA GO COMOT ABI HIM NO COMOT" so stay tuned.
